Please forgive me if this question has already been asked. I could not find it anywhere. Also please forgive me if I am posting it in the wrong place.
I am new to ESPs and am currently using ESP-01. I downloaded the nodemcu flasher and flashed the firmware on the ESP. It was working great.
I then found the nodemcu custom builds website https://nodemcu-build.com/ . Once I received the build, I tried flashing it on the ESP-01. However, once the flashing is over and I open the com port on ESPlorer, I start getting junk data. The data keeps coming continuously and doesn't stop. Is there something that I am doing wrong? How do I fix this problem?
