#60463 You need a pull up on GPIO2. You should have more capacitance on the 3.3V line. The series resistor between the 12 volt line and the regulator may cause you issues. And you should have some capacitance on the input of the regulator.

Looking at your layout. You should put a capacitor below the module connected to Vcc and gnd.
