Very cool! I was wondering the other day what the feasibility of something like this would be.

Perhaps the most valuable part of my work are OV7670 registers configuration. It took me many hours to realise the correct values !!

I've been through that myself a few times- thanks!

How can the SPI port expander make this go faster? I'm not understanding that connection.

by having more GPIO ínputs available we can sample data from OV7670 faster, that's the idea.
