If you do not know this, you should seriously not be playing with the mains and certainly not trying to switch it with a ULN darlington driver and a relay.
Mains switching should be fully isolated to the logic circuitry. Consider looking at Opto isolated switched relays.
I would suggest going to College and studying electronic/electrical principles.
