Nope !

The "Right of first mosfet to each of the 3 legs of second mosfet" is wrong.
It should be "Right of first mosfet to middle leg of second mosfet".

And why this last one "Ground of relay to 5v" ? it is already connected to "Right to IN of the relay" ...

#49722 I had asked before if my understanding was correct of the schematic so was following that as I was told it was :D

Ok will change that now and the for the last part of your question, the relay has 3 pins, IN, VCC and ground the ground of the relay is connected to 5v ground.

Still no the green light is on as soon as plug in and you hear it turning on, connecting first mosfet middle leg to ground does nothing.

I've almost forgot since it was obvious for me :
"Middle of first mosfet not connected" should be "Middle of first mosfet pulled up to 3.3V" to simulate the GPIO2, with that the relay will turn off, and bring that pin to GND will turn it ON again.
