Yes, you can still connect DHT to GPIO2 or GPIO0, since it is also requires PullUp, but not on GPIO15 since this one requires PullDown, but it can be something else, like an LED, as long as PullDown stays there.

Thank you do much!

GPIO2 is already on 10k PullUp over Button - > no action required
Gpio 0 - > will get 10k pullup(R6)
Dht DATA OUTPUT - >will be connected to Gpio2
R5 - > will be removed because of the new PullUp (R6)
Jumper pin head - > to be removed due to Connection to Gpio2 directly

Except that button should be on GPIO0, not GPIO2 like you've mentioned above.
If everything else meet your needs. ;)

Just finished...

add an ADDITIONAL micro USB connection port (you can decide between Micro USB and Terminal )

GPIO0 is already on 10k PullUp over Button - > DONE
Gpio 2 - > will get 10k pullup -> DONE see R5
Dht DATA OUTPUT - >will be connected to Gpio2 - > DONE
Jumper pin head - > to be removed due to Connection to Gpio2 directly - - > DONE
