Hi guys, I accidentially input 5V to the Vcc pin, which the esp8266 might already been damaged. Now i not sure my device is still working or nt. I'm working my project with mbed1768 the two picture below will show the result for before and after i connected to 5V, where I was able to get ip adress before i connected to 5V, after that i could nt get the ip address. Any method to solve the hardware problem?

It is almost certainly dead. ESP8266 rarely survive 5V on the Vcc pin.
