The AD9560 needs 8 pins and given that the esp8266 typically has very few pins it is a problematic solution without an additional I/O port expander chip

If this is correct then do it with Arduino. Can you show us where you found this information? I doubt it is correct. Or you are misunderstanding it.

he can 4MHz, max with ESP if i can is 220kHz
