Posted: Tue Jan 23, 2018 9:16 amAccording to your part's datasheet, pin one is on the left end of the beveled edge, which would be the top left pin in the photo you provided. You can't always assume there will be a dot, or other easily identifiable marking, and should always refer to the manufacturer's specifications for details.
