#6492 The ESP8266EX chip under the shield on the ESP-07's also have a solder bridge between pins 3 and 4 of the chip which are VDD3P3 which are both designated Amplifier Power 3.0~3.6V.
I though this was a bad reflow but apparently it is intended to be this way.

No idea, all I have are the pictures :) Maybe they do not provide any LDO. Ping the seller and let us know ;)
