I mounted it 3 times and i CAN write to the LCD, but i CANT read the touch!

The diagram is correct. Also I have experienced getting a screen that the touch did not work at all on. Was the cheapest one from ebay. But yes. It should work.

The example program from the docs needs no additional commands to make it work.
