Although it would be fun to implement old-style Hayes AT-commands and a speaker making phone modem noises. :lol:

If it is possible, it would be good for poor people!, i mean you can buy this chip with 3 dollars!,

if it can give internet even with kilobits speed!, it is good enough to get it work!

Realtek or Ralink are expansive wifi usb adaptors compared to this chip :roll:
