ESP8266 Community Forum

I'm new to the Forum and I was wondering...

In the platform section I see many platforms from Arduino to Sming to a couple I haven't even heard of. But I don't see anything about using the raw SDK directly. I'm doing this in my (don't laugh) custom interpreted language project to save memory. I'm having trouble with the mdns functionality. Where do I post questions about that? Here I suppose?

Hi, did you get to install the native SDK? I am trying to do that for days by now.
If you any information o documentation please help me.
