ESP-12E Flashing And Programming problem

vcc-3.3v(buck boost convertor)
Reset-3.3v
CH_PD-1k ohm-3.3v
GPIO15-1k ohm-GND
GPIO0-GND
RX-FTDI TX
TX-FTDI RX
GND-FTDI GND
my "normal operation" connection same as above except GPIO0-10k ohm-3.3v
But I couldn't communicate with ESP12E. ESP-NONOS-SDK-V2.0.0. I cannot send any AT Command.What I need to do? Any esp12e user can share correct memory adress for blank.bin-init data defauly bin .etc. I share related pictures.
