ADC reading different from Arduino to native SDK

I'm scratching my head with ADC reading after having ported my application from Arduino to native SDK.
I have reasonable accuracy with Arduino, but with native SDK it returns 50 counts more than Arduino.
I use the same piece of hardware/prototype and tried with different settings of radio (on/off) and sleep mode.
Readings are very stable, but they are 50 counts apart.
What I'm missing?
What are specification of the internal reference and linearly of the ADC?
