Hi all! New to the world of ESP8266 so bear with me if I'm a little slow on the language... I am wondering what the benefits are of the ESP8266 over Atmel (Arudino) microprocessors; more specifically for high refresh rate applications. I am developing an adaptive controller for a model aircraft, and I am wondering if I should tailor this for the ESP rather than a atmel328p arduino board.
