Who I can i send and receive data using arduino uno and esp

I need to know what functions to use from the library of the component, from the site of Arduino, to determine one device that only transmits and some other devices that only receive the broadcasts of the main component Basically what I'm trying to do is that the micro controller with the ESP8266 will send commands through the WIFI to a few other micro controllers and that those micro controllers will be able to receive the same commands.
