Really more like 192 168 0 31 - local net
But really the premiss is SW reload/update via WiFi rather than serial. ie. I'm thinking of building a Pyranometer [link]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pyranometer[/link] to go along with my weather station [ KCOBLACK1 ] and it would be on the roof peak - which is not easy to get to.
