ESP-01s AP AI-Thinker can not connect to it

I have the normal AT firmware on the ESP-01S
an AP is available AI-Thinker[mac]
can connect to it and ping 192.168.4.1
but no connection on port 80 or any ohter?
how to get connected to this AP?
