Creating universal board - reset dilemma

I am designing a PCB with ESP-12E. I want it to be as universal as possible, so i designed standard 10k pull-up resistor and connection to GND via tactswitch. To be able using a deepsleep mode I designed jumper (conn) to connect GPIO16 to reset pin (simple schematic attached). Thanks this I can simply short GPIO16 and RESET. My dilemma is: after connectin GPIO16 and RESET via jumper, reset is still pulled up. Is that ok or should I add another jumper to disconnect pull-up resistor when I want to use deepsleep mode?
In other words: using deep sleep mode RESET should be pulled up?
