Hello, as you understand I'm new to the hobby. I recently bought an ESP-01 together with the adapter.

I want to communicate with Arduino UNO R3
my problem is that I have not found an internet guide to help me exploit the adapter. Most drivers suggest strange ways to connect esp-01 using resistors etc, Also the biggest problem is that ARDUINO commands must include AT commands. I saw that there is a library <esp8266wifi> that makes things very simple.
1st. Is there a guide for the eps-01 + adapter?
2nd. which is the easiest way to use eps-01 with the library <esp8266wifi> avoiding code that includes AT commands.
