WTF??

At first glance it looks like you can go to WALMART and pick up your EPS8266 gear,
but on better inspection the actual Seller/Shipper is NOT Walmart, rather its a somewhat no name Chinese outfit.... (mainly)

You are better off at Banggood or EBAY that matter as the seller have RATINGS!

Yeah that'll be the day. But if Walmart were smart they would have a huge maker section and fair prices. Too bad Radio Shack never quite got it.
