I'm not sure what you mean by nodemcu issue, there is no functionality missing there, I think. I wanted to ask you to open issue on my lwip github project about missing hold/unhold functions in my lwip implementation. Please specify where I can get the code you are trying to compile and paste the error log about missing hold/unhold symbols. I will fix this when I have time and you will be notified about this.

nodemcu has not issue with your new attached library. its compiling and working successully.(except pinging)

I really have no idea what else could be needed from esp since your router knows it's hostname and IP and should provide this info for all devices asking.
