- Sun Dec 28, 2014 8:42 am #5829 I have been using the LuaLoader as well as the Esplorer, and I see a 'cat' button on both. What exactly does it do?

Also, the comms between the LuaLoader and the module are very erratic, even when LuaLoader is run as an admin.

Anybody with the same experience?

This is with Windows 7, USB to UART @ com5.

I think LuaLoader stability is better than most others. I tried almost all, but still use Lualoader. (Thanx Peter!)

- Sun Dec 28, 2014 3:09 pm #5839 On ESPlorer Cat is a listing on terminal window of the file specified too. Then you can select and copy any fragment, or all file and paste to new file or any other place.

BTW, I also figured out the comms problems I was having with LuaLoader; I'd selected the box that brought up LuaLoader with the serial port on. This created issues. Now the default is off, and I manually connect after running the LuaLoader. Works perfect!
