Hi, as a quick note, ESPSky has uploading abilities.
imo you should mark web IDEs as uploaders too

Hhhmmm, not sure. In my opinion it "qualifies" as uploader if you can upload an entire file directly. Not all IDEs offer that AFAIR. If you copy / paste code into a textarea-like component then that's IDE-style.
