In the dissections of the Client Hello packet it lists 57 suites. The Server Hello selects "TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA (0xc014)" which is in the list the client provides.
My understanding of TLS is pretty limited, but it seems the handshake dies after cypher selection.
I will have a play with howsmyssl and report back. It won't be for a few days, unfortunately.
