LUA on nodemcu and NFC ? is it supported ?

I just need one simple thing, to get 4 or 8 bit UUID of tag to further sending to external database in order to trigger some action.
I was looking around to any code for lua that can do that, and there is none.
The NFC reader module is not important, but it would be nice to get the old good RC522 to work (it is cheap and reads tags, what more could i want)
Any suggestions or pointers to info how to use LUA for handling NFC in esp8266 ?
