Have same problem, creaded bin just endless make reports and never stop.

I hope that issue will be correct as soon as possible

There's nothing to be corrected, it's a user error. Follow the link in my previous comment.

I tried the latest version 1.5.4.1 thoroughly . I came to the conclusion that it is not possible install it to the module , which has only 512KB flash . If someone you do, let me know how.
With 4MB module I have not any problem (aside to this http://www.esp8266.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=9740.

What's your firmware configuration (modules, SSL y/n, debug y/n, etc.)?
