Board Manager Arduino 1.6.13

tried to install via library manager ESP8266 Community Version. I add the URL via Board Manager URLs there after i try to find ESP8266 in Library Manager. I can't find this Library. Did some one have a solution for this? Spend more then three hours to find a solution, but i don't find one.
