Hi all.
The server is down.
I downloaded manualy the file win32-xtensa-lx106-elf-1.20.0-26-gb404fb9-2.7z from http://domoticx.com/sdk-esp8266-xtensa- ... toolchain/ and extracted it to the tools directory hardware\esp8266com\esp8266\tools\xtensa-lx106-elf
It works! At least for while....
