every time i try,always this message appears
.....xtensa-lx106-elf/bin/xtensa-lx106-elf-g++": file does not exist
Error compiling for board NodeMCU 1.0 (ESP-12E Module).

I can now reach arduino.esp8266.com. But the stable directory is not reachable.

I tried this in the Arduino IDE preferences and it worked for me.

http://104.131.82.128/stable/package_es ... index.json

hope it works for you to.
