I would use an mqtt server. That way you can send messages to the other esp-01, your cell phone, or IFTTT. If my garage door is open for more then 5 minutes my wife and i both get the IFTTT alert.

I have finished my project.
I have a client ESP8266-01 and a serverESP8266-01
To the client is connect: 1. PIR 2. Display 20x4 3. Green LED (no motion ) 4. Red LED (motion)

To the server is conected: 1. LED (flashing: motion) 2. Buzzer (with ON/OFF switch)
