I am new to this forum. I have a question about the ESP8266 ai-thinker wifi module. I have an ESP8266MOD WiFi module with 4 pins ( RT, TX, GND, VCC) like this one

I want to use it with my Arduio Uno Rev3 to control relays through the internet connection.
My questions are:
1-how to do the wiring for the programming?
2-how should I configure it (tolls, settings...)?
3-how can I connect ot to my WiFi network
