Communication Error in Baudrate

HI,

Am newbie to using the ESP8266 Wifi Module, Recently i bought two modules one is working fine but another one am getting Baudrate Error message in ESP8266 Lualoader software also the blue LED is Continuous ON. How to Solve the issue anyone kindly suggest me.

blue led is GPIO^02 whenever its gonna low(GND) blue led is on
