NODEMCU and OTA: No OTA port dosplayed (no mDNS service)

I am using Arduino IDE 1.8.1, BasicOTA sample, fritz.box router, Windows 10.
(ESP8266 at 2.3.0)
I can upload the sketch, looks like it runs:
But sniffer (WholsConnectedSniffer) just shows ARP as service, no mDNS ...
I disable the firewalls on win 10, and added 192.168.178.20 to fritz.box (DNS-Rebind).
But I do not get the OTA port in the Arduino IDE ....
