Thanks Im interested in the switch setup on reset and to the LCD can you enlighten me with a diagram of how you have it set up . It does not seem to be in the fritzing diagram above

I put a single pole - dual throw switch to select whether the TX line (blue wire) of the ESP is connected to the RX of the FTDI (Serial interface) or to the RX of the 9600 baud serial LCD Display.
During sketch upload, the switch connects ESP to the FTDI. During normal operation the switch connects ESP to the LCD.
That's it, very boring, but does the job.

I created a webserver too based on your video. But I can only reach it from the same wifi network. How can I make a webserwer which is globally available?
