so i found this circuit drawing witch seems to have a section called key witch describs a 470 ohm pull up on the nRST pin but also a resister called R3 0 (NC) with i think is the part thats not on the bord but somthing you can add how wut i calculate the r3 resistance?

as I can't see what you foud, it is hard to judge.
But if there really is a 470 Ohm pull-up on rst, I would go for an other make....
470 Ohm as pull-up does not make any sense and no value for resistor to gpio16 would provide reliable operation.

RES PullUp should be something like 10K and series resistor between GPIO16 and RES should be around 1K (470R should work too)

as i don't have a 1k resistor atm wut a 2k2 have any negative effekt?
