So 1k or even 2k2 between gpio16 and rst would be ok.
you could also try to "install" r3 via a tiny tiny solder blob.

- Sun Jul 24, 2016 8:27 am #51412 This R7-470R is the resistor we are talking about since the beginning, so there is no needs to add any other ones, of course the R3 needs to be blobed.

I means that if this R3 resistor is not present, as shuffti mentioned, since it is a 0R, only a blob of solder is required.
