Next Release of the ESP8266-Arduino ?

Any idea when the next release will be. It has been since June of last year for the last version and it looks like a lot of changes have been made to the code base.

Just wondering

ESP-12F WeMos D1 pin configuration

I'm new bie and i interest to learning how to make hardware work as like we want.

On the site i was found ESP 12F WeMos D1, it was cheaps one but i don't know what exactly the each pin configuration meaning.
Let me know ESP WeMos D1 pin configuration. Some one, help me!

Status/Introduction/Download of the ArduinoIDE core code is here
There are 2 versions that can be used
90% of newbie questions can be found in the WiKi

Some basic examples are on my project page. Also, there are examples installed with the ESP8266 Arduino core and examples in this online forum.
