How to set default TTL in IP packet

How can i set default TTL in IP Packet.
I found parameter IP_DEFAULT_TTL in file "...esp8266\hardware\esp8266\2.3.0\tools\sdk\lwip\include\lwipopts.h"
but i do not know how to rebuild liblwip library. I assume it is my solution.
