Nodemcu Amica ESP8266 code upload problem

I am trying to Interface Nodemcu Amica with arduino IDE. As I try to upload the code, I get the following error.
My settings are
Boards - Nodemcu 1.0 (ESP 12-E Module)
clock frequency - 80 MHz
Flash size - 4M (3M SPIFFS)
Upload speed - 115200
warning: espcomm_sync failed
error: espcomm_open failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
Even the driver is installed & its detecting the hardware. Being a beginner I am not able to figure out the issue please guide me understand this problem.
