I've upload you bin, I've put CS to GND since my board has pin 2 already soldered for I2C.
I've capture the SPI, and I got similar issue right after the Version Check, although the ACMD41 is not even send, there is a 0000 instead and SD doesn't respond to it.

All this start driving me crazy ... :(

EDIT: In fact the byte 0x77 is there before the 0x0000, it simply that Pulseview didn't decode it in the graph ... :?
