I have two suggestions.

1. Make sure your Raw CAPTURE/REPLAY is compatible with the methodology of the ESP32. See...

Basically, it samples based on its clock speed. I believe it captures both the data envelope and the modulation frequency.

2. Make it compatible with RF Send/Receive.
RF transmitters need no modulation.
RF receivers are active high while IR receivers are active low.
