Hrmmm... Interesting do you have any vids or pics of this running would be cool to see a little youtube short or something.
Also would be nice to have a hardware list etc ....
But thanks for sharing sounds interesting just would like to visualize it better than my imagination can currently!

Cheerlights was just the first thing that caught my eye on Thingspeak and looked like an good fun project to get my head around the hardware and software. My Neopixels should be arriving today so I'll get the full thing up and running and then do a full write-up with pictures / video in the next couple of days.
(Just managed to make my first tweet to Twitter using ESP8266Basic yesterday :¬)

How did you manage to make it talk to twitter? I am interested in making that in to a native command.
