After testing and getting the same result my self the problem has been identified and will be resolved here shortly.
There will be no new version number for this release as this problem only affects the flasher. Not the firmware it self.

Ok. the new flasher build has been uploaded.
Give it a shot and see if it works for you.

No, still won't Format... just gives 1 quick flash of the blue led then comes straight back with the yellow exclamation triangle window but without any errors showing in the dos window, unlike before. Previously, it took a few seconds to time out with errors in the dos window before the pop-up triangle came up.
