I want to use pin D3 and pin D7 as output. No problem with pin D3, instruction "io(po,0,1)" turns on the pin and "io(po,0,0)" turn off the pin as required. No way to have D7 pin to switch.

Problem solved! It was a short on the PCB, once removed the pin D7 was switching regularly as pin D3.
