Reduce start time

I to all
I would like to know if there is a way to reduce the start time of the program when the system is power up.
When system start it try to connect to wifi and after start the program if i am not wrong.....i have placed in the program the string write("starttimer",1) but my question is if is possible to start the program before the procedure of wifi connection????

Currently it is not possible to start the program prior to the initialization of the wifi.
