New hardware documentation release for ESP8266

Some documentation found on esp8266.ru
Some good information about hardware, interesting pin mux info with a hint of I2S support (may be disabled in ROM as the esp8266 looks like a esp8089 in disguise).
I did not find this doc on english speaking forum, I hope it'll be useful.
