another thing is since you did not mention is choose the right board on the arduino ide, choose generic esp8266 (considering you have installed esp8266 library?)

I'm thinking about trying it with arduino later but first i needed to do some testings with AT commands..I think problem is with power supply.Later i saw a similar post with same problem and he found that problem is with power supply.thanks for great information guys.you guys are really helpful.thanks again..
