Hi guys,
Have you seen the new AI low cost module?
http://www.aliexpress.com/item/1pcs-Sma ... 20695.htmlIt isn't yet compatible with Arduino IDE and only works with AT commands, but it's a nice new addition to IoT stuff!

This is not new !
Also, BTW, you can not do any programming with those, the AT firmware included is strictly to do GSM dialog/connect.
You still need to have a separate MCU to control them, such as an ESP.

But it haven't any micro inside? Only the GSM module?
Even with just that, it still is a nice cheap module, comparing with other gsm modules.

Niiiice! This module just popup to me on Aliexpress after a few esp8266 searches. I'll see that video.
